Terms of Service

tweets.bot is a developer tool you run on your own machine. It attaches to your own logged-in browser over a local debug port to help you audit your X account, discover relevant posts, and draft and post replies. It does not log in for you and does not store your X credentials.

You operate your own X account through your own session. You are responsible for how you use the tool and for complying with X's Terms of Service and automation rules. Automated engagement is not covered by X's official API, and using any automation may put your account at risk, including suspension. You use tweets.bot at your own risk and assume that risk.

Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly at the price shown at checkout (currently a $49/mo launch price). Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account. When you cancel, you will not be billed again, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within three (3) calendar days of the initial subscription payment by emailing support@tweets.bot. Refunds are limited to one per customer and will be issued to the original payment method. After the 3-day period, all sales are final and non-refundable.

tweets.bot uses your own large language model (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, or a local model). You are responsible for obtaining your own API keys, for any usage costs charged by your provider, and for complying with that provider's terms. Your prompts and content are sent to the model provider you choose, not through us.

Do not use tweets.bot for spam, harassment, deception, or any unlawful activity, or in any way that violates the rules of X or your LLM provider. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

The software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular growth result, uptime, or that your account will not be limited or suspended by X. Platform changes (for example to X's page structure) may temporarily affect functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tweets.bot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, account access, or revenue arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
